San Pancho Animales Activity Since Last Clinic

Since the last clinic in December 2015, donations to the San Pancho Animales fund have paid for 33 cat or dog spay/neuters, 26 animal emergency cases (distressed animal situations),  21 cases of dog sarna/mange treatments and, unfortunately, one dog euthanasia due to failed kidneys in spite of administered emergency medical treatments.  We also..... Kimberly King organized a small fund raiser Howl-O-Ween, Pet Parade.   The event was hosted at the beach by La Fresona restaurant.

Besides being treated to a spectacular San Pancho sunset, attendees saw several dog Howl-O-Ween costumes.  To READ MORE, Click here:

San Pancho Animales has been part of a number of animal rescues and animal adoptions, all of them have their moments of pure joy.  This recent placement to a forever home has had several of us shedding a tear.

Last week San Pancho Animales gave me one of the best Christmas presents that I have ever received.

They allowed me the pleasure of working with them during their annual spay and neuter clinic.

This was the first time that my wife Sharon and I had volunteered at the clinic and we had no idea what to expect.  We were welcomed with open arms and treated like old friends--- and then put to work.

Since the December 2016 clinic San Pancho Animales (SPA) has been part of approximately 30 rescues, adoptions and emergency interventions for abandoned and starving animals.  For each case, SPA helps to provide full medical attention, including vaccinations, health certificates, and even the cost of transportation in really needy situations.

Since February 21st Blog there have been another 30 rescues who went to new, loving homes, and 42 instances of either Spay & Neuter service, emergency medical care or much needed medications for sick animals.  We also contributed several bags of dog or cat food for hungry, mistreated animals.   Stories and pictures of rescues:  To READ MORE, Click here:
